Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you need to change or cancel your order, you may do so only until you enter your credit card details. Once you've hit the "Continue" button after entering your credit card details, you cannot amend your order, so send us an email right away. If you haven't hit the "Continue" button, you can easily make changes in the shopping cart. Please go to "Contact Us" located on each web page and drop us a message requesting a change to or cancellation of an order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TARIFFS, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND ASSOCIATED ASSESSMENTS. Inquire locally. These fees may include Import Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and Customs Clearance Fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. Note: All orders are shipped from the UK.
Be aware that if you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.
Delivery in the UK is just £3.50 and delivery to mainland Europe is only £8.50. For shipping for Non-European locations, a separate shipping quote will be provided.
UK and European orders are posted from the UK using registered mail. If you live in the UK normal delivery is between 1 and 3 days, with more remote locations around 5 days. Delivery to Europe is usually 3 to 5 days but can be longer. Deliveries to other parts of the world can take longer than 5 days.
You may also request special delivery to UK, Europe and the rest of the world. UK next day delivery £8.65. Special delivery to Europe and rest of the world vary.

Return Policy and Procedures
RaceAdventure provides world-class service, exceptionally fast delivery and a straightforward buying experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can simply return any item within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange (less cost of shipping), no questions asked.
We just require items to be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
We're sorry, but used items cannot be returned for refund or credit unless due to manufacturer defect.
We will accept any item that is defective due to a manufacturer issue at any time. We will handle the return to the manufacturer for you and happily provide a replacement. The replacement could be the closest approximation if the original is no longer available or a refund which will be determined at our discretion.
Any electronic products that have been opened and/or used cannot be returned unless the item was received defective.
All nutritional product and food product sales are final.
All underwear sales are final.
All climbing equipment sales are final.
To return an item to RaceAdventure, please follow these steps:
Place in a large envelop or box up the item(s) you're returning/exchanging, and use the original invoice to explain in detail the reason for the return/exchange.
Return to our office in the UK :
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item (unless you have already ordered it online) or issue you a full refund for the product(s).
